The terms that apply when you use the Mosalio website or order digital services from OGUZHAN SPOR LLC.

Merchant and scope

Mosalio is a brand operated by OGUZHAN SPOR LLC. Website content describes our services but is not a binding offer. Your order is governed by these terms together with the fixed-scope shop description or the written proposal, statement of work or other agreement identified at checkout. If they conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that service.

Orders and project agreements

Please check the service, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, revision allowance, price, currency and timing before ordering or paying. A shop order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and Mosalio sends or makes available the relevant order confirmation. A tailored project is accepted as stated in its written proposal or agreement.

Payment timing

Tailored proposals can provide for approval-before-payment or another milestone schedule. Fixed-scope shop services can require payment at checkout. The payment page or written agreement shows the amount due, currency and service reference before you commit. Approved third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences or advertising budgets are separate unless the service description expressly includes them.

Prices, currency and payment

Prices are shown in the stated currency and do not include taxes unless the checkout or written agreement says otherwise. Stripe processes card payments under its own terms. Your card issuer can apply its own exchange rate or fees. A payment page is a request for payment, not proof of payment; payment is confirmed only after Stripe reports it as paid.

Delivery, acceptance and cooperation

Digital services are delivered by the method and within the indicative window shown in the service description or written agreement. Delivery timing starts only after we receive the information, content, access, approvals and decisions reasonably needed from you. Tailored work follows the stated review and acceptance process. Delays caused by missing customer inputs move the timetable reasonably.

Cancellations and refunds

The Refund, Cancellation & Delivery policy explains how to cancel, request a refund and report a delivery issue. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Intellectual property

Mosalio branding, website content and pre-existing tools remain the property of their respective owners. Rights in commissioned deliverables are granted or transferred only as stated in the relevant service description or written agreement and, where applicable, after amounts due are paid. You confirm that materials you supply can lawfully be used for the service.

Concepts, results and availability

Portfolio work labelled Concept Project is self-initiated demonstration work, not a client commission or testimonial. Estimates, search visibility, performance and business outcomes are not guaranteed because they depend on content, platforms, market conditions and customer decisions. We may correct website errors or withdraw an unaccepted service before an order is formed.

Applicable rights and disputes

Contact customer support first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any governing-law or dispute provision in a signed project agreement applies to that project. Otherwise, applicable law determines jurisdiction and mandatory protections; these terms do not require a consumer to give up protections that cannot legally be waived.
