Information you choose to provide

The contact form can collect your name, email, optional company and phone details, project preferences and message. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Purpose and handling

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Form content is not sent to analytics, and production logs must not contain message content.

Delivery and service providers

Email delivery is attempted only when server-side delivery credentials are configured. Hosting, anti-spam and email providers may process the minimum technical data required to provide their service.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the request. The verified data-controller identity, retention schedule and rights-contact workflow will be published before live form processing is enabled.
