Who controls your information
OGUZHAN SPOR LLC operates the Mosalio brand and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can use the customer-support details on this page for privacy requests.
Information we collect
An enquiry can include your name, email, optional company and phone details, project preferences and message. When you pay through Stripe, Stripe can collect your name, email, optional business name, billing address and payment details. Mosalio receives transaction identifiers, the service reference, amount, currency and payment status, but does not receive your full card number or security code.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to take steps at your request before a contract. We use project, order and payment information to perform and administer a contract, provide support, keep required business records and protect the service against fraud, misuse and disputes. We do not use an enquiry as permission for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and disclosures
Relevant information can be processed by providers that support payments, hosting, site security, anti-spam checks, email delivery and professional accounting or legal services. These can include Stripe, Netlify, Cloudflare, Resend and the email provider used for customer support. We disclose only what is reasonably needed for the relevant service or legal obligation.
International processing
OGUZHAN SPOR LLC is a United States company and its providers can process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant provider terms and lawful transfer mechanisms apply.
Retention
Enquiries are kept until the request and reasonable follow-up have concluded. Project, contract, invoice and payment records are kept for the periods needed for accounting, tax, dispute and other legal obligations. Security records are kept only while reasonably required to investigate and prevent abuse. Information is deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer require it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator; people in the United Kingdom can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
